Applications close 31 August 2017. The Talent Acquisition team is busy working through the submissions at present.

This is a permanent position. The Management Trainee programme begins each year in February and runs for a 3 year period. During this time our Permanent Management Trainees are developed and coached by technical experts in their respective fields.

RCL FOODS will assist you should you be placed in another province. RCL FOODS does have opportunities within the Southern Africa region outside of South Africa, however there is no immediate relation to opportunities abroad apart form relations with suppliers from which we import from and seek design advice from.

Not necessarily! It would depend on your completed qualification and industry worked. Ideally we are looking for graduates with 12 months or less experience for the Management Trainee Programme.

Our minimum requirements are:

Completed studies or currently in the final year of study

Relevant BTech / Bachelors Degree

South African citizen or permanent resident

Good academic results (all subjects, across all years of study)

Computer Literacy (MS Office, including Excel and Word)

Excellent Communication skills.
