We need insightful, creative and inspired people to join our HR team. You’ll help to shape Unilever in a dynamic and diverse culture by building capabilities and driving business performance.

The Human Resources experience you'll get on the Unilever Future Leaders Programme:

Rotation in Business Partnering:

You will help create and implement HR strategies that are aligned to key business initiatives. This includes talent management, driving a performance culture and capability building.

Rotation in HR Services:

You’ll understand HR policies, systems and operations. Monitor and manage service levels to ensure customer expectations are met.

Rotation in Expertise:

You will gain an in-depth understanding of Talent, Learning, Organisational effectiveness and Reward.

Rotation in Factory HR:

You’ll help implement HR strategy that’s always aligned to our business strategy while gaining experience in employee and industrial relations. This also includes talent and performance management and capability building.
