My name is Namhla Somi and I am a Fourth-year student studying B-Tech in Taxation at Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) at District six campus. I completed my National Diploma on the 12th December 2017. Previously I have worked as a cashier at a retail store Game Grand Central part-time. The job has allowed me to work with people from all backgrounds and ages thus aiding to the skills that I may need to work at your company. I have developed excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work with customers under difficult circumstances, therefore improving my ability to give excellent customer service. I believe that efficacy combined with friendliness is the best way to work as it not only leaves the customer satisfied but it essentially enhances the image of the company to the broader public.
I am highly competent with computer packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Pastel Accounting. Although the job I am looking for is one that is completely different from the one that I have had before, I believe that this opportunity will be one that not only expands my horizons but also aid building on the skills that I currently possess.
