To attract and win business from client companies by using contact ( cold-calling), business knowledge, sales, networking, business development and marketing techniques.\r\n\uf0d8 To develop and build solid relationships with clients over the telephone, face to face and also in writing.\r\n\uf0d8 To get to know client companies, develop a good understanding of what they do, how they operate and the general culture and atmosphere of the workplace.\r\n\uf0d8 To identify, evaluate, document and understand client\u2019s recruitment needs.\r\n\uf0d8 To clarify and negotiate salary and benefits relating to the role.\r\n\uf0d8 To assist employer clients to recruit staff for job vacancies.\r\n\uf0d8 To negotiate Ditshaba\u2019s fees relating to the work the consultant will undertake for the client.\r\n\uf0d8 To attract and indentify candidates by drafting and placing advertisements using a wide range of media, headhunting (identifying and approaching suitable candidates) or search on Ditshaba\u2019s own database.\r\n\uf0d8 To screen and match potential candidates, asses their skills through interviews, tests and background checks, and select suitable candidates, prepare resumes and correspondence, to recommend and forward suitable candidates to client companies.\r\n\uf0d8 To persuade and influence clients to interview the right candidates submitted.\r\n\uf0d8 To negotiate pay and salary rates and close the deal between client and the candidate.\r\n\uf0d8 To provide advice to both clients and candidates on market related salary levels.\r\n\uf0d8 To adhere to APSO\u2019s code of conduct and rules.\r\n\uf0d8 To monitor candidates once placed for the duration of the guarantee period and to collect feedback from employers on the performance of candidates who have previously been placed with them.\r\n\uf0d8 To maintain current records and personal statistics for review against performance targets.\r\n\uf0d8 To obtain IPSC certification within 6 months of joining Ditshaba Human Capital (APSO membership requirement).
